Facts and figures prove that in the past 3-4 decades, Nepal could not strive as fast as many other developing countries, especially in socio-economic development. It is clear that one of the main reasons for this sorry state of affairs is certain weaknesses in leadership in the whole gamut of governance. I hope this book will be an eyeopener to present and future leaders engaged in the governance of the country.
